It’s been seven months since Dallas, Sam and Talia arrived at Uncle Jack’s farmhouse to escape the zombie outbreak. Things have been going well so far; they have almost everything they need, and the only zombie stragglers to break through the barriers have been dealt with promptly. But Dallas’s earlier predictions of zombie evolution may be right.

 

Before long, zombies begin to break through the barriers in bigger numbers — first in pairs, then in larger groups that are more difficult to manage. When the increased barrier breaches lead to tragedy, Dallas feels even more compelled to step up and protect her family. If she can’t stop the hordes from coming through, it could spell doom for everyone there.
